I used to LOVE the hot, texas summers.  I would sit out by the pool daily and soak up the sun.  Now, that I’ve hit 30 and keep waking up to new lines and wrinkles each morning, I’m paranoid of the sun!  Every time I walk outside, I start to picture a new wrinkle creeping up somewhere.  Seriously, I do.  If I do go to the pool, I have my 50 SPF sunscreen handy and re-lather every 10 minutes.  I can’t believe I actually used to lather up with baby oil!  What was I thinking?!

Meet gorgeous Lindsey.  The most incredible eyes, don’t ya think?  If you think she looks sweet, well you’re right!  She has a beautiful spirit about her and I had such a good time photographing her.  Here are a few that I’ve finished….

Senior pictures are in full swing again and I love it!  We are currently booked up for July and almost August.  If you want to get your session done before heading back to school, give us a call soon, there are only 2 more spots left in August.

Leanne and I had a blast together!  She and her mom are the most fun and were seriously up for ANYTHING!  We found some pretty cool spots that weren’t exactly easy to get to, but they just smiled and had fun with it.   Leanne has the most beautiful skin and eyes, I couldn’t stop photographing them!  Check her out….

{Happy 4th!} Central HS, DFW Senior, Killion photography

Yes, it’s the 4th of July and I’m working.  Lame, I know.  But I did get to go to the mall this morning and shop all the good sales!

I had so much fun shooting Miss Brittany in my studio.  She brought lots of fun clothes and accessories.  I love it when I get to go through clothes!  We got some great pictures girl, hope you like them!

{Pretty in Pink}- Central HS, DFW Senior, Killion photography

Woohoo!  Not much longer before this ridiculous boot comes off!  I call it my Darthvader boot, because it so looks like part of a Star Wars costume.  I’ll have to have Jay get a picture of it before we part ways (talking about the boot, not Jay taking off!).

I got to shoot this lovely senior outdoors awhile ago, and then she came over a few weeks ago for some studio shots.  It wasn’t long after the broken foot fiasco, so Jay had to help me shoot these.  He was a great helper and a pretty good photographer!

July is booked up and August is getting there quickly, so if you’re planning to get your senior session done before school starts, ya better call quickly!

Prom dresses can be so much fun, bring yours along for some fun memories!

{The Little Princess}-killion photography westlake

I knew I was going to enjoy this session as soon as mom called and said she had just ordered the cutest little dress from Chasing Fireflies.  They have the most adorable little dresses for girls!  We had planned to do a sunset shoot to add to magic of her favorite fairy costume, but with all the rain lately, it didn’t quite happen.  So we went to plan B, and I’m glad we did, because I LOVE the images we got from this shoot.  She is the cutest little girl and we had fun chasing the elves in the forest together!  Hope you enjoy your sneak peek!
