I guess this must be what it feels like to live in Seattle.  Cloudy and rainy everyday.  I don’t think I’d make it there very long.  There’s just something about that warm sun that makes me want to get up and do stuff.  Lately, I’d just rather throw on some warm sweats and stay inside.  The rain is supposed to stop Thursday.  I’ve got so many shoots to re-schedule, that I sure hope it does!

My cousin (well, second or third cousin somehow!) Abby is a senior at Westmoore High School in OKC (where I went to school).  She’s been planning on coming here for her senior pics for awhile.  This was literally the only Sat. I had open the whole fall so it was pretty much Sat. or nothing.  I’m so thankful that the rain held off long enough for us to do her shoot.  She is super cute and one of the most fun seniors to shoot.  I’m posting a lot because I just love her and had a blast with her!

Abby actually got homecoming queen the night before, so I had her bring her dress and crown for a few quick pics.  Congrats Abby, you SO deserve it!

Ellen first contacted in early summer.  We booked her session for August and had to cut it short.  So we finally got to re-schedule the rest of her session for September (during the week that it rained every day of course).  After that, we couldn’t find a good date until Oct..  So these pictures have been a long time coming!!!  Hope they were worth the wait Ellen!  I love the fall colors in all of the images.  The backgrounds we chose pull out all those warm fall tones that make me feel all warm and snuggly!  Time for some hot chocolate!

What a great dress….

to the rain!  I think I saw the sun today.  It only made a 30 second appearance just taunting me in the sky, but at least I saw it!  I’ve had to re-schedule so many shoots this week, it’s insane.  As soon as the sun decides to come back, I’ll be working overtime to catch-up!  In the mean time….here’s a recent shoot WITH some nice light!  Katy was wonderful to shoot.  She has an incredible smile and the camera really loves her!

We are way overbooked for the fall and are already starting to schedule winter and spring sessions.  Spring is a beautiful time for senior pictures and March and April will soon be all full.  Call now to get on the schedule!

Alexa and I have been trying to get her scheduled for quite some time.  I’m so glad we finally got to meet!  She’s just beautiful and one the most laid-back and sweetest people I’ve ever met.  Check out some of her images!
