I had so much fun with this family! Not only do they ALL have the most incredible blue eyes, but the kiddos were insanely polite and let me snap away as I pleased! Check ‘em out…

We had a little sno-cone adventure at the end of the session!
I got together with a couple other local photographers recently and had so much fun! Some of us brought along “models” to shoot, so we had several choices to play around with that morning. I brought my son and all my nieces and nephews so I don’t think I shot anyone but them! I love shoots like this, when you can just have fun and play around with some creative shots. We all went to lunch afterwards and it was so refreshing to “talk shop” with them. Here’s a shot of each of the kiddos in my family…..

I’m so behind on blog posts…I have so many things I want to share. I don’t know why, but I always feel like I have to have something witty or profound to share whne I make a post. And the truth is that I usually don’t feel witty or profound late at night when I finally find the time to update my blog. So then I just don’t share anything! I know you’re thinking, just share some pictures, I don’t read what you write anyways! LOL! I’ll try to unload the blog expectaions that I have for myself and just share more pictures!
I had so much fun on this shoot. Mom primarily wanted some pictures of her little cowboy since he’s turning 4 soon, but we had to sneak in some of little brother and the whole family! Aren’t they an adorable family?!

So my poor blog has been quite neglected lately. You’re probably wondering if I’m even still around. Well, yes I am….I think I am. We have been house hunting and trying to sell our current house the past few months. Trying to keep a clean house with a one year old = NOT FUN! Anyways, thankfully it’s all over. We sold our house and are moving in 2 weeks! Yikes, we’ve got a lot of packing to do! And my house is the messiest it’s ever been and I don’t care! I’ll keep ya posted on the moving process.
In the mean time, I got to meet up with the coolest girl on Sunday. Cortney is the owner of ketchthespirit.com, an on-line boutique specializing in totally fun and unique gameday wear from your favorite college. She needed some pictures for her website and new business, and I was lucky enough to get to capture them! It was a bit chilly, but she toughed it out and didn’t complain once. We got so many great shots of her! Thanks for a fun day Cortney!
